Holds an HND in Animal Science and Diploma in Accounting. He is s retired Senior Civil Servant from the Lagos State Government’s service and a respected Capital Market Investor since 1977, with interest in many publicly quoted companies.

He is an experienced Audit Committee member and currently the Chairman of Audit Committee of Portland Paints & Products Nigeria Plc. Mr Balogun was nominated by Mr Ogunowo Sunday Olutayo



Holds Masters in Admin Management and Planning from University of Lagos and BSc Economics/Education from Lagos State University.

He is a brokerage agent with Fittco Securities from 2003 till date and an investor in many quoted and unquoted companies. He is currently the Branch Secretary of Nigeria Union of Teachers, Lagos State. He has served on various statutory Audit Committees of Incar Nigeria Plc, Law Union & Rock Insurance Company Plc, Vita Foam Nigeria Plc, Big Treat Nigeria Plc, C & I Leasing Nigeria Plc, Deap Capital Nigeria Plc and currently a member of Portland Paints & Products Nigeria Plc Audit Committee Member.

Mr Osibo


Mr. Bayo Osibo holds a Bachelors Degree in Bio-Chemistry from University of Ibadan and an MBA from University of Lagos. He is a distinguished and respected authority in the Paints Industry in Nigeria.

He is a Life Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Corporate Management as well as a fellow of the Institute of Marketing. He was the former Chairman of Paints Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (1999-2003) He joined Portland Paints Nigeria Ltd, then a Subsidiary of WAPCO in1984 as the National Sales Manager. His excellent performance saw him rise through the ranks to become the Managing Director and Chief Executive in March 2004, when Lafarge divested from PPPNL. He retired as Managing Director/Chief Executive on June 28th 2013 and was subsequently appointed as a Non-Executive Director.

Alhaji MUKHTAR Yakasai


He is a graduate of Agriculture with Agric Economic option from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and holds a Masters Degree from the same University. He joined Chemical and Allied Products Plc a subsidiary of UACN as an Agric Extension Officer in July 1985. He was promoted to Area Sales Manager in 1990 and Assistant Regional Sales Manager in North in 1992. He became Regional Sales Manager (West) in 1996. In 1998, he was moved to Abuja to establish the company’s operation in the new region.

In 2001, he was transferred to Head office as National Sales Coordinator. He became the Business Manager Flame Guard and CAP Decorators in 2002. Through dint of hard work, he was promoted to the position of General Manager Business and Customer Development in 2003 and then General Manager Paints in the same year. On 1st February 2005, Mukhtar was appointed the Managing Director of Warm Spring Waters Nigeria Limited (SWAN) Jos where he led a turnaround of the business from near liquidation to a profitable operation.

On 7th July 2009, he was appointed the Managing Director of Warm Spring Waters Nigeria Limited as well as the Managing Director of Gossy Ikogosi Ekiti. In December 2011, he was moved to UAC Headquarters as Special Project Manager to oversee strategy, acquisitions, partnerships, divestments and other strategic initiatives of the group. He has attended various local and overseas courses. He holds an honorary fellowship of the institute of Administrative Management of Nigeria (FIAMN).
