Mr. Adedamola Olusunmade, a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin started his career as an Assistant Production Manager with CAP Pic in 1999. He worked in different capacities as Plant Manager, Site/Utilities Engineer, Marketing Manager, Corporate Responsibility and Strategy Manager and also had oversight functions for Quality Assurance, Research & Development, and Business Process & Efficiency. He assumed the position of Technical Operations Manager in 2009 before proceeding to UACN Plc Head Office as Special Duties Manager on the integration project of the UACN/Tiger Brands JV.

Damola had a brief stint in Paints and Coatings Manufacturers Nigeria PIc where he was the Escravos Project Lead. He was appointed as Country Manager in 2012 for Beckers Industrial Coatings Nigeria Ltd a subsidiary of Beckers Group owned by Lindengroppen, Sweden. At Beckers, Damola was fully responsible for setting up the manufacturing facility for coil and industrial coatings and management of the business. He also had oversight function for the West African sub region.

Damola is an alumni of Lagos Business School and The Business School, Netherlands and has attended several courses both locally and internationally. Damola is married to Omoyemi a Legal practitioner, and has three children. A great sports enthusiast, Damola enjoys supporting his favourite football team Manchester United.

Gazie holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana and CIM Marketing Leadership Programme post graduate qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. He is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and also an alumni of Cambridge Marketing College, UK. He began his career at Cadbury Ghana as an engineer and after a very brief stint moved to assistant brand manager and brand manager roles. He played major roles in key initiatives such as the re-positioning and rebranding of Cadbury Ghana’s flagship brand Richoco cocoa beverage, the development of Cadbury Hot Chocolate 3-in-1 which drove considerable growth in revenues and various brand, insights & innovation projects. He moved on to PZ Cussons in 2013 working in various marketing roles in Ghana, Nigeria and UK where he worked as part of the company’s global marketing team developing category & brand strategies for African, European and Asian markets. As Head of Brand Development & Activation at PZ Cussons Ghana, he helped drive Robb Sweets to a leading brand within the candy market. His last role with PZ Cussons was based in Nigeria as Head of Category leading strategy development for dish wash and fabric care categories for the African market before joining UAC of Nigeria Plc. in January 2019 as General Manager, Marketing for paints. Gazie is a big fan of outdoor activities, loves adventure and nature. He also enjoys watching football, listening to music and playing the piano/ keyboard.

Raheem is an experienced and multi-skilled business manager. He graduated with HND in Food Technology from Yaba college of Technology, Yaba Lagos. He started his Career with UAC Foods Limited, a subsidiary of UACN Plc. in 2002 as Quality Assurance Manager in charge of process. He was later transferred to production as Shift Production Manager. Upon, qualification as Chartered Accountant in 2009 he was transferred to UNICO CPFA Ltd as Client Services Manager and later worked as Audit Team Lead in Group Internal Audit of UACN Plc. He was appointed Risk and Compliance Manager for Corporate Center and Unico CPFA Ltd in 2014. With the implementation of SAP software across UACN subsidiaries, he worked as SAP Quality Assurance Manager. He was appointed Finance Manager of Unico CPFA Ltd in 2015. While in Unico, he achieved conversion of fund accounts (RSA, Pensioner and Gratuity Fund accounts) from N-GAAP to IFRS in 2016 against deadline of 2017 given by PENCOM to all Pension Fund Administrators in Nigeria. He was transferred to Portland Paints and Products Nigeria Plc in May 2018 and appointed Finance Manager in August 2018. He has attended several trainings such as Management Development Programme, Financial Modelling, Delivering winning Services, various MCPE Programmes organized by ICAN, ISO 22000 and SAP trainings, Risk Based Internal Audit and Risk and Compliance trainings, Leadership and Team Building, Excellence in Manufacturing and Optimizing productivity among others. He was the operations Manager - Snacks of UAC FOODS LTD (A joint venture between UACN PLC and Tiger Brands International of South Africa) before being appointed as the Operations Manager of Portland Paints and Products Nigeria PLC.

He is a member of Association of Operations Management & Supply Chain (APICS) and he has attended various Management & Business specific courses such as the prestigious "LEADING PEOPLE TO HIGHER PERFORMANCE" program of Cornell University, New York.

Joined uac in 1998, worked as Unit Controller/Restaurant Manager- Mr. Biggs from 1999-2003 during which he led the growth of the Mr.Bigg’s outlets from 1 to 10, while maintaining high level of profitability. He also served in uac- restaurants as Area Manager from 2003-2008 and as Regional Manager-North from 2008 – 2010 and Regional Manager- Lagos/West from 2010 – 2012 during which he continued with the expansion strategy leading to the brand presence in 9 northern states including FCT with 16 restaurants and later grew the number of restaurants from 16 to 25 with presence in 13 states of the federation. As Regional Manager, he had oversight functions of all the regional operations including logistics, engineering, production and human resource. His remarkable achievements included consistent delivery of profits above set targets, successful training and development of a team of over 30 restaurant managers and supervisors to run the northern operations; these team members successfully forged to become Area Managers and sectional heads across other BU’s. Aminu also successfully resolved the problem of “PORK IN MEAT” which caused a threat to the general operations of Mr.Bigg’s especially in the north. This was achieved through good interpersonal relations and use of external connectivity. He also worked in Grand Cereals as Buying coordinator- North from 2012 – 2014 and as Offsite Operations Manager from 2014 – 2017 during which he made the following remarkable achievements: Facilitated meeting with the management of Flour Mills of Nigeria – FMN to give a weekly allocation of 360MT of wheat bran monthly and this reduced the cost of buying wheat bran from third party suppliers by 42%. Facilitated meeting with the management of Dangote Flour Mills – Kano to give a weekly allocation of 240MT of wheat bran monthly and this reduced the cost of buying wheat bran from third party suppliers by 48%. Expanded the pool of third party transporters in the provision of dedicated trucks to ease logistics problems and improved efficiency in products delivery to distributors. Currently working with PPPN as National Sales Manager from 2017 – Date. Within this period some of the achievements recorded are: Achieved net sales of N2.3B with profit after tax of N58M in 2017 an increase of 25.5% over 2016 figures. Facilitated the development of new corporate customers for the business. Purchase orders from some of these new customers- EWT, B & Q Dredging, ALCON, WOSBAB, WAPGO, SAIPEM has led to an increase in the sales of the marine and protective coatings by 75% over 2016 figures. Other new decorative customers include Diamond Bank, National Housing Projects, Nigeria Prison Service, MTN, First Bank etc. Anchored the review of Sales Administration process documentation in January,2018 with the aim of increasing efficiency in customers order processing and products delivery.

He was appointed the IT Manager of UNICO CPFA Limited, a subsidiary of UACN Plc in 2009 where he consistently for over 8 years led the IT department in delivering reliable, efficient and innovative application of technology thereby enabling the achievement of business goals and objectives. He was transferred to Portland Paints and Products Nigeria Plc in November 2017 and was appointed Human Resources Manager. As head of the HR department, he championed a value alignment programme across the workforce aimed at making employees have an in depth understanding of the UACN value and culture system. Mr. Olakitan also spent five years in the banking sector with Keystone bank limited and moved across several functions. He joined in August 2013. His specialization includes process improvement and automation, e-banking and treasury operations control, tax management and financial control. He is a keystone bank limited accredited mentor and accredited trainer. Samson holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He joined the UAC of Nigeria Plc through one of its former division (UAC dairies) as an Internal Check Supervisor in January 2009. He has through the years garnered cross-functional experience in various industry within the Group. He moved from Diaries to become Internal Auditor in UPDC plc in 2001, and moved to Livestock Feeds PLC as a Risk and Compliance Manager in 2014. He continued in that role when he was moved to Portland Paints PLC. in 2017 where he is now serving as Team Lead, Risk and Compliance Department. Samson is a Charted Accountant and has attended various Management and Business function-specific courses.
