Bolarin Okunowo is a seasoned finance and investment specialist with over 15 years experience in a range of finance roles including debt advisory, debt finance, corporate finance, principal investments and financial management. She joined UAC of Nigeria Plc ('UACN') Group in October 2018 and served as UACN's Investment Executive responsible for managing the company's investments in its Industrial businesses (paints, logistics and real estate). In her role as an Investment Executive, Bolarin was responsible for working with management teams to shape strategy and deliver commercial outcomes.

Prior to joining UACN, she was the Head, Energy & Infrastructure Finance at Stanbic IBTC Capital ('Stanbic') with responsibility for the oil and gas, power and infrastructure debt finance portfolio. Bolarin led the execution of debt advisory and debt arranging mandates for large scale energy and infrastructure projects in Nigeria. Prior to Stanbic, Bolarin worked with ARM Investments Managers and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bolarin is a qualified Chartered Accountant; she holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham UK and a Master's degree in Information Systems from the prestigious London School of Economics.

He joined Portland Paints and Product Plc. as a Risk and Compliance Manager on the 1st of March, 2017 and become the Team Lead, Risk and Compliance in 2019.

He has audit experience of over 10 years cutting across various industries; FMCG, Agro allied, Property Development and Estate Management.

He as over six year experience in Enterprise Risk Management and was part of the team that established Enterprise Risk Management Framework for Livestock Feeds plc.

Before joining UAC, he was the Financial Accountant and Business Development Manager of Trading Properties Limited. He is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor.

Abosede a passionate Human Resource professional with multi-national experience in the human resources field. Having studied Biochemistry in the University of Lagos and then going on to graduate from the prestigious Lagos Business School with an MBA with a focus on Human Resource, Abosede is an ingenious human resource personnel who is great at developing and managing multi-level relationships.

She began her career with 3TF an indigenous payroll provider to small business where she was responsible for the Human Resources function. She later moved on to Promasidor Nigeria where she grew from a supervisor to an assistant manager responsible for different aspects of human resources within the business including Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding for the group in South Africa.

Her last role was in Beiersdorf Nivea the multinational skin care giant where she was responsible for the human resource function in the factory operation in Nigeria and through her engagement on LinkedIn and exceptional communication skills, she was able to put the Central East & West African region (of which Nigeria is a part) on the global platform. As a member of the leadership team of the factory, she was also responsible for optimizing the return on investment on the Human Capital. Abosede currently leads the human resource department at Portland Paints & Products Plc.

Abosede holds a Professional in Human Resources - PHR qualification from Human Resources Certification Institute – HRCI as well as a Professional in Human Resources International - PHRi from the Society Of Human Resource Management Institute - SHRM. Ada Aniagu is a seasoned finance professional with over 11 years of extensive corporate experience spanning internal and external audits, tax, management & financial accounting and reporting, as well as budget planning & control and project management.

She holds a second class upper degree in English and Literary Studies from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business and currently completing an MBA programme with Edinburgh Business School, United Kingdom.

She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she rose to the position of Senior Associate, Audit and Assurance with responsibility for managing and co-ordinating audit engagements of several medium and large corporate organisations including multinationals.

She joined the UAC group in 2019, as CFO for UPDC Hotels Limited (UHL). Prior to UHL, she was Financial Controller for Transcorp Hotels Calabar Limited for over 6 years, providing strategic leadership and championing the repositioning of the hotel's finances to profitability.

Ada is an active member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Stanley started his professional career with British American Tobacco as Trade Marketing Executive.

He joined Insights Communications as Account Manager; where he focused on Key Accounts and consistently exceeded turnover and revenue budget for the four years he stayed in Insight. In 2006, he left Insights as Account Director to join UBA Group as Head, Marketing & Corporate Relations. He developed and implemented UBA Brand Acceptance Project across Africa and Europe.

In 2010, Stanley progressed his career by joining Diageo Brands Nigeria as Regional Sales Manager. He led the Regional Sales Team, developed Regional Sales activations and subsequently produced grew overall turnover in the business by over 130%. In 2014 Stanley joined Phillip Morris as Trade Marketing Manager and executed the relaunch of PMI and the Marlboro brand back into the Nigerian Market. He thereafter left to run his own distribution and events business, UG Enterprises.

His most recent appointment is with CFAO Motors as National Sales Manager for CFAO Equipment, the subsidiary responsible for the sale of commercial vehicles (buses and trucks). He oversaw the launch of the KingLong brand and grew the brand from ground up to become the fasted selling passenger bus in Nigeria today with sales of 200+ units in just about 18 months. Stanley graduated from the University of Benin, with First Class Honors, in Computer Science.

Tunji Joins Portland Paints from the West African Cubes Limited, a member of the TGI group, where he had responsibility for the day to day management of their factory in Sagamu. Prior to this, he held positions of increasing responsibility for such companies as The Seven Up Bottling Company Limited, Nigerian Bottling Company Limited, And Cadbury Nigeria PLC.

He holds A degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Ibadan.
