Road Repair Product
Portland-Emcol IRR
The company has diversified into the local manufacture of instant road repair materials using local raw materials. The product provides instant repairs for potholes in asphalt, concrete and landing runway etc.
5-YEAR GUARANTEED PRODUCTS
Sandtex brands are guaranteed for FIVE YEARS, i.e., Sandtex Trowel, Sandtex Matt and Sandtex Textured. The company has pledged to replace paints free of charge if it fails within five years. The offer is legitimate and legally enforceable.

	Sole agency in Nigeria of Armitage Shanks and Ideal Standard range of Sanitary ware, providing a range of products to suit diverse needs for homes, offices, schools, hospitals, (healthcare) and factories.
	Sole agency in Nigeria of Hempel Marine/Protective Coatings of Denmark. Hempel Marine / Protective Coatings are used by the Oil & Gas and Shipping Industries. These products provide protection and maintenance for marine infrastructure.
	Manufacture of an Instant Road Repair Material known as Portland-Emcol Instant Road Repair, providing instant repairs in all weathers for cracks and potholes in asphalt, concrete, macadam and landing runway in airports.
	Construction and Renovation Services through our subsidiary company known as Portland Construction and Renovations Limited. This subsidiary was established to provide excellent services in Building and Construction, Renovation of projects of all sizes, Roof repair services, Plumbing and Electrical installations etc.
