Intratex is a ready mixed easy to apply textured wall finish interior and exterior application. Its composition principally consists of selected aggregates high-grade pigments, resin which ensures high level of durability and colour retention and biocide to provide excellent resistance against algae growth and fungi. 
A single coat of Intratex contains all the necessary ingredients that impart durability and fire retardant properties to the wall. 
•  SUITABLE SURFACES 
Suitable surfaces for Intratex are cement rendering concrete, concrete bricks and blocks including lightweight concrete stock and facing bricks, calcium silicate bricks and asbestos cement sheets. 
•  PREPARATION OF SURFACES 
New surfaces sometimes require preparation by removing all loose or flaking materials. All chalky surfaces should be brush down with a stiff bristle. 
All backing must be sound clean and dry. Repair large cracks with suitable filler. Fill small cracks with materials itself prior to application with a small scrapper or trowel. Sterilizing solution should be used to arrest algae and fungi. 
•  APPLICATION 
Stir before use. Apply the material uniformly by roller to a desired texture. Texturing is done by spatula sponge or with specially designed rollers. Ensure roller head is kept fully loaded and apply material freely and evenly to limited length of strokes of about 450mm (18”). Maintain texture or well end. 
Do not apply in damp conditions. A drying time guide should be touch dry 4 hours and thoroughly dry in 24hrs. For the best results, do not use lime wash as undercoat or primer coat. 
•  COVERING CAPACITY 
This depends on the texture and suction of the backing, the method of application and the thickness of the texture of the roller. As a guide the theoretical coverage is 1M 2 /liter.

Not suitable for surfaces in constant contact with solvents.

Brilliant White, Off white, Magnolia, Light Cream, Bamboo, Calabash, Beige, Hazel Brown, Midstone, Bitter chocolate, Sienna, Dark Mushroom, Russet, Spray Green, Casuarina lovat, Etruscan Red, Solent Grey, Mustard Mazie, Coconut. Other colours out side our standard colour range can be produced on request.
